Return and Exchange Service Policy


It can be confirmed that after the order is completed, the product will not be refunded. Except for defective products: Products to be returned must comply with the following.
 
1. Products with correct proof of purchase
 
2. Within 3 days after the product is signed
 
3. The product has not been used
 
4. The product packaging is intact and free of dirt
 
*We will not accept requests for returns or exchanges based on personal preference
 
When you apply for a return or exchange of products, please email the relevant order number and relevant product photos to retailteam@sky100.com.hk within 3 days from the date of receipt of the products. Guests must go to sky100 and bring the goods and original packaging for return and exchange services.
 
**For overseas customers, additional shipping fees will be charged.
