1. How do I know that my order is confirmed?

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to create an account to place an order. You can choose to complete the order as a guest without logging in.

3. After the transaction is completed, what should I do if I find there is wrong information in the transaction?

Please take a screenshot of the problem and email it to retailteam@sky100.com.hk or contact us by telephone at (852) 2613 3888.

4. How can I track my order?

After placing the order, we will email you a tracking code within five working days.

5. How can I receive my goods?

5.1 Self-pickup at sky100.

5.2 Use our delivery service. Local orders usually take about 7 to 14 days. Direct delivery is also available to mainland China and overseas addresses; delivery takes about 14 to 28 days.

5.3 For International orders, delivery service will be provided by DHL or SF Express or other logistics companies. 

Due to the current epidemic situation and other unforeseen reasons, the time needed for delivery may vary. Please refer to the shipping status in the e-mail.

6. How can I cancel an order?

If the order and payment have been completed, your order cannot be cancelled.
