Royal Visit Official first Day Cover

Queen Elizabeth visited Hong Kong for the first time in 1975. On May 4 of that year, she and Prince Philip arrived in Hong Kong by special plane after their visit to Japan. The then governor of Hong Kong, MacLehose, led a group of officials to Kai Tak Airport to greet them. The Hongkong Post Office issued a special First Day Cover to commemorate this event.
